Do you accept refunds?
Yes, as long as you send the wig back without being worn, cut, with the tags still on, within 14 days. You do have to pay for return shipping, however. Returns
Where do you ship from ? Do you provide a tracking number?
I ship from Eastern Canada. I do provide tracking as soon as it is available.
How do I wear a wig? Is there anything I need to wear a wig?
Typically, if the wig fits very well, you don’t need anything else to wear the wig. However, many people, myself included, prefer to use a velvet wig grip to keep the wig more secure. Some people also use adhesive spray or wig tape. Please refer to the Wig Guides section called “Wig Tools and Customization“.
Can I heat my synthetic wig?
Unless otherwise stated in the product details, you can safely heat your synthetic wig up to 320 F. It is recommended to use lower heat settings for better longevity, 270-300F.
