How to request a return and refund
I’m sorry if the wig didn’t fit or wasn’t the right style for you.
If you want you can request a refund within 14 days by emailing me, only if the wig is still in brand new condition.
Please be sanitary; try your wig out with a wig cap underneath before you decide if you want to keep it. Do not cut the hair or alter the lace in any way. Do not add any hair products to the wig. Do not cut off the tags.
Key notes
- Wear a clean wig cap when wearing your wig for the first time in case you need to return it.
- You may request a refund if you don’t cut or damage the wig in any way within 14 days. It must also have the original tags.
- You will have to pay for the return shipping.
- Send an email to [email protected] for the return shipping address.
- You should send the tracking number to my email, [email protected] along with your order # and reason for returning.
